The International Research Center "Work and Human Lifecycle in Global History" at Humboldt University in Berlin, funded by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF) and headed by Professor Andreas Eckert, invites scholars to apply for 10 to 15 international research fellowships (senior scholars and postdoctoral candidates) for the 2014-2015 academic year. Job description
为抢抓转型综改试验区建设和太原晋中同城化历史机遇，加大引进高层次人才力度，着眼为山西省“四化”率先发展区建设提供强有力的人才和智力支撑，认真落实《晋中市引进高层次人才实施办法》，推进实施“551计划”，即：从现在开始用5年时间，主要依托市重点科技创新项目、重点工程、重点学科，市属院校、金融机构，重点骨干企业以及各类经济园区等，引进并有重点地支持50名左右高层次人才在晋中创新创业，建立10个左右高层次人才创新创业基地。现就晋中市2013年引进高层次人才“551计划”有关事项公告如下：
一、申报类型及条件
(一)创新人才
1、一般取得博士学位，年龄在55周岁以下;
2、连续在晋中服务年限不少于3年(分为长期和短期两类，长期指全职到岗工作;短期指每年来晋中工作2个月以上，3年累计工作6个月以上);
3、在国内外著名高校、科研院所担任相当于副教授以上职务，在某一专业领域掌握世界或国家先进技术的专家学者;或在国内外知名企业、金融机构中担任中、高级职务，拥有能够促进我市企业自主创新、技术产品升级的重大科研成果的专业技术人才或具有丰富经验的经营管理人才。
4、需要与用人单位签订意向性工作协议。如系已签订协议或正式到岗的，其签订协议时间需在2010年6月1日后。
