回国签证办法要改进？国务院向您征求意见

亲爱的海外游子，您好！

最近，中华人民共和国国务院法制办公室发出关于《中华人民共和国外国人入境出境管理条例（征求意见稿）》公开征求意见的通知。

《通知》指出，国务院法制办会同外交部、公安部经进一步研究论证，形成了《中华人民共和国外国人入境出境管理条例（征求意见稿）》。

在国务院法制办《通知》意见征求期间，许多民间国际交流组织比如欧美同学会建言献策委员会和中国与全球化研究中心等，正在准备有关的意见和建议给国务院法制办，包括人才签证的审批范围，期限，申请条件，如何进一步放宽人才签证的适用范围，以避免门槛过高。在此，北美洲中国学人国际交流中心、全球学人暨企业家协会呼呼海外华人在2013年5月20日前向国家相关部门提出自己的合理化意见，区别华侨与纯外国人在出入境管理与居住条件上的不同，促进国家出台更人性化的管理办法，从而使广大海外华人能够更便捷和更有滋有味地为祖国效力！
