2011海外高新科技人才创新创业洽谈会邀请函

尊敬的海外专业协会领导：

　　由国务院侨办和四川省委、省政府主办，四川省委组织部、省侨办、侨联和成都市共同承办的“2011海外高新科技人才创新创业洽谈会”(简称“海科会”)，拟于今年10月16-18日在四川成都举行。本届活动以“凝聚英才·创新创业·合作发展”为主题，拟邀请海外高层次人才参会，西部省区的高等院校、科研院所和高新技术产业基地、重点企业的代表将与海外专家学者对口交流，并将开展分行业引智洽谈、学术交流、项目考察和经贸合作等活动，是西部地区引才引智的盛会。
