Das Institut für Solarenergieforschung (ISFH) ist eine Forschungseinrichtung des Landes Niedersachsen und ein An-Institut der Leibniz Universität Hannover mit derzeit etwa 130 Mitarbeitern. Gemeinsam mit Industriepartnern forschen und entwickeln wir auf den Gebieten solarthermische und photovoltaische Energieumwandlung und deren effiziente Nutzung seit über 25 Jahren.

In der Abteilung Solare Systeme suchen wir für die noch neue Arbeitsgruppe Elektrische Energiesysteme zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n

aus den Bereichen Elektrotechnik, Energietechnik oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet

Ein Themenschwerpunkt am ISFH ist die Kombination von elektrischen und thermischen Systemen zur dezentralen Energieerzeugung und -versorgung. Unsere Forschungsvorhaben sind anwendungsorientiert und werden meistens in Kooperation mit Industrieunternehmen durchgeführt. Dazu steht uns neben einer exzellenten experimentellen Ausstattung umfangreiches System-Simulations-Know-How zur Verfügung. Als Gruppenleiter/in koordinieren und betreuen Sie die wissenschaftlichen Aufgaben und sind verantwortlich für die Ergebnispräsentation und die Weiterentwicklung der Arbeitsgruppe. Ferner gehören sowohl die Akquisition als auch die Leitung von Forschungs- und Entwicklungsprojekten zu Ihren Aufgaben.

Ihr Profil:
Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in einem der genannten Fachgebiete
Wissenschaftliche Erfahrungen, idealerweise durch Promotion nachgewiesen
Gewünscht ist sowohl Expertise auf dem Gebiet dezentraler regenerativer Energieversorgung als auch in der Akquisition von F&E-Projekten
Gute Englischkenntnisse
Führungs- und Kommunikationskompetenz
