mit Gelegenheit zur Habilitation, zunächst befristet auf 3 Jahre (mit Option auf Verlängerung).
Ihre Aufgaben:
Unterstützung der Lehrstuhlinhaberin in Forschung und Lehre
Mitwirkung bei laufenden Forschungs- und Publikationsprojekten
Forschung im Bereich Technologie- und Innovationsmanagement in der Agrar- und Ernährungswirtschaft, z. B. zur Akzeptanz u. Adoption von Technologien und Produktinnovationen
Drittmittelakquise; Projektleitung sowie Doktorandenausbildung
Sie haben:
eine überdurchschnittliche Dissertation in der Agrar- und Ernährungswirtschaft bzw. den Wirtschafts- und Sozialwissenschaften oder verwandten Disziplinen
ausgewiesene Kenntnisse in der quantitativen empirischen Sozialforschung und Vertrautheit mit statistischen Verfahren und Programmen verbunden mit großem Publikationsinteresse
Exzellente Englischkenntnisse, viel Eigeninitiative, Einsatzbereitschaft und Teamfähigkeit
