im Bereich Prozessmanagement / Prozessinnovation
Über uns und was wir bieten: Im Mittelpunkt des Forschungscenters ProcessLab steht das Prozess­management von Unternehmen der Finanzbranche. Zielsetzung ist es, auf diesem Gebiet wissenschaftliche Lösungen für praxisrelevante Fragestellungen zu erarbeiten. Dabei kooperieren wir eng mit Partnerun­ter­nehmen. Die ausgeschriebene Stelle (3 Jahre, Vollzeit) bietet die Möglichkeit zur State-of-the-Art-For­schung in enger Kooperation mit der Unternehmenspraxis. Der Bewerber/Die Bewerberin hat die Mög­lichkeit, von einem hervorragenden Forschungsumfeld zu profitieren und aktuelle, relevante Forschungs­erkenntnisse zu erarbeiten.

Ihr Profil: Sie sind ein fachlich exzellenter Team-Player mit ausgeprägten analytischen und kreativen Fähigkeiten. Sie haben im Bereich BWL oder Wirtschaftsinformatik mit einem sehr guten Abschluss promoviert. Sie haben ein ausgeprägtes Interesse an der Erforschung von disruptiven Entwicklungen durch die Digitalisierung - insbesondere an den Auswirkungen der Digitalisierung auf Prozesse und kunden­orientierte Prozessinnovationen. Sie haben Freude an anspruchsvoller wissenschaftlicher Arbeit, die gleichzeitig einen hohen Anwendungsbezug aufweist. Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse sind für Sie selbst­verständlich. Sie zeichnen sich durch ein weit überdurchschnittliches Maß an Motivation sowie eine ausgeprägte Fähigkeit zum selbstständigen Arbeiten aus.

Ihre Aufgaben: Im Rahmen Ihrer Forschungstätigkeit erstellen Sie wissenschaftliche Beiträge für internationale Fachzeitschriften und Konferenzen. Ihre Ergebnisse transferieren Sie in die Unternehmens­praxis. Darüber hinaus übernehmen Sie Lehrveranstaltungen und tragen aktiv zur Weiterentwicklung des ProcessLab bei. Die akademische Forschungsarbeit führen Sie in enger Zusammenarbeit mit einem führenden Beratungsunternehmen durch.
