Aufgabengebiet: Mitarbeit in Forschung und Lehre im Arbeitsbereich Innova­tionsforschung und Innovationsmanagement.
Einstellungsvoraussetzungen: Promotion in den Fächern Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Volkswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftswissenschaft oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen mit Schwerpunkten in Technologie- und Wissensdynamik, Forschungs-, Innovations- oder Entwicklungsmanagement.
Erwünscht: Mind. sehr gute abgeschlossene Promotion; gute fachliche Kenntnisse im Bereich Innovationsforschung, -politik, -ökonomie und indikatorengestützte Analysemethoden (Patentanalyse, Publikation etc.); umfassende Kenntnisse in Statistik und Ökonometrie; Erfahrung in Verbundforschungsprojekten; profunde Kompetenzen in der Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Lehrveranstaltungen; ausgezeichnete Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (B2 europäischer Referenzrahmen); sicherer Umgang mit gängiger PC-Software (MS Office); gute Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit; Interesse an interdisziplinären Fragestellungen; bevorzugt werden Bewerberinnen und Bewerber, die Erfahrungen im empirischen Arbeiten, in der Durchführung von Forschungskooperationen und in der unternehmerischen Praxis aufweisen.
