The Max Planck Institute for Demographic Research (MPIDR) has established two new laboratories, the Laboratory of Population Health and the Laboratory of Fertility and Well-being, and is recruiting highly qualified scientists at all levels from PhD student to tenured research scientist. Opportunities exist in the following fields:

The successful candidate will have strong quantitative skills with experience in applied data analysis. Candidates from the fields of demography, economics, statistics, sociology, epidemiology/public health or related disciplines will be considered.
