广东省第四届“百名海外专家南粤行”活动公告

广东省是中国第一经济大省，经过改革开放30多年发展，已具备独特的区位优势、成熟的市场机制、良好的创新创业环境，区域创新能力综合排名连续四年稳居全国第二。当前，广东省正站在新的历史起点上，加快转型升级、建设幸福广东，急切期盼更多海外高层次人才的参与和合作。为此，广东省人力资源和社会保障厅、广东省外国专家局将于今年12月举办第四届“百名海外专家南粤行”（以下称“南粤行”）活动，诚邀100名左右有意到广东工作、创业或技术交流的海外高层次人才参加活动。

一、举行“南粤行”活动的时间地点及形式

广东省第四届“南粤行”活动，定于2012年12月3日至6日（3日报到，6日结束）在广州举行。参加“南粤行”活动的海外人才将分成若干小组，分赴有关高等院校、科研机构、企业、创业园区等进行对接交流、项目洽谈和参观考察，然后集中进行大会交流，共同分享考察、洽谈成果。

二、报名参加“南粤行”活动的条件

凡符合广东省外国专家局的人才需求，有一定的海外工作经验，且具有博士以上学位，任副教授、副研究员以上职务，或在海外知名企业工作的高级管理人员、专业技术人员，以及携带拥有自主知识产权技术项目的海外高层次人才均可报名申请参加“南粤行”活动。

三、报名参加“南粤行”活动的办法

有意向申报参加广东省第四届“南粤行”活动的海外人才，请填写《广东省“百名海外专家南粤行”活动报名表》，并通过我省设立的海外人才工作站-加拿大中国专业人士协会进行报名，报名截止日期为2012年10月20日。广东省外国专家局将根据报名及与相关单位对接情况，于11月上旬发出正式邀请函。广东省外国专家局将对受邀参加“南粤行”活动的海外专家给予部分国际旅费补贴并负责活动期间的食宿费用。
