随着年龄的增长，到了老年阶段，怀旧、思乡的情绪会自然强化，这也是德国和其他西欧国家在鼓励外来移民融入当地社会同时，支持建立具有民族特色老年住宅区（简称老年社区）的原因。德中文化经贸促进总会在法兰克福卡立泰斯联合会的支持下，开始了筹建华人公寓的计划。卡立泰斯联会会是拥有九百多家会员单位和五十多万会员的大型天主教慈善联合会，去年在法兰克福市中心建造了多功能住宅，建筑的上层为普通居民住宅，附设幼儿花园等，住宅内设有24小时服务的护理机构；在大力推进实现华人公寓计划的同时；将为我们华人侨胞连续举办“保健、养老、康复”讲座，年内举办4次讲座和四次参观，通过参加这些讲座和活动，将使您从政策上、理论上和措施上对养老、保健得到一个较完整的认识；聘请有关专家主讲（配合中文翻译），继7月23日，8月27日两次华人保健养老讲座后，按照预定计划，将于9月24日（星期二）举办第三讲。

主题：一，旅游、疗养对保健、养老的重要作用；老年人疗养、旅游的政策和规定。
主讲人：幸凯尔先生，卡立泰斯联会疗养、旅游负责人，配有中文翻译。

主题二，建立法兰克福华人多功能社区的信息发布和填表说明
主讲人：德中文化经贸促进总会常务会长安置家业张琳总经理
当场发表登记房子的表格和提供咨询
