（电子信息）专场活动通知

为深入实施中国科协海智计划，加快融入光谷科创大走廊，推进“黄石先进电子元器件创新型产业集群”发展，为黄石建成武汉城市圈同城化发展示范区赋能助力，特举办2021年科创中国·湖北海智专家对接黄石（电子信息）专场活动，现通知如下:

一、活动时间、地点

时间：2021年9月28日

地点：黄石（武汉）离岸科创园一号路演厅（武汉市东湖高新区大学园路29号）

二、活动主题

海智助力光谷科创大走廊黄石功能区建设

三、组织机构

主办单位：湖北省科学技术协会

承办单位：黄石市科学技术协会

国家（武汉）海外人才离岸创新创业基地

协办单位：全欧华人专业协会联合会

黄石（武汉）离岸科创园

四、活动议程（北京时间）

14:00-14:30 播放暖场宣传片（现场参会人员签到入场，线上专家及参会代表登录进入直播间）

第一阶段：开幕式

主持人：黄石市科协领导

14:30-14:40 黄石市政府领导致辞

14:40-14:50 湖北省科协领导致辞

14:50-15:20 院士主旨报告

第二阶段：项目路演对接

15:20-17:00

电子信息领域5个项目现场或线上进行路演推介，每人10分钟，每个项目路演后与现场专家、企业代表互动5-10分钟。

17:00 主持人总结活动情况并宣布活动结束。

五、参会要求

1.创业者；

2.企业高层任职或从事技术研发工作；

3.高校副教授及以上。

六、参会待遇

1. 与黄石企业合作的机会，落户黄石创办企业的机会。
2. 组委会给每个选中线上路演的人员800元人民币辛苦费。
3. 组委会给每个选中到武汉会场线下路演的人员2800元人民币路费和辛苦费，提供免费食宿安排。
