经理事会商议,北京大学德国校友会将于今年3月召开包括学术报告/换届选举/校友联谊等活动的校友会第二次年会。

此次会议也是各位在德国的北大校友广泛交流最新技术和研究成果的平台,是各专业探讨时事动向、科学前沿,发展趋势、未来策略及文化历史等的论坛。年会也将是涉及不同领域的学术报告会。
理事会在此热诚邀请广大校友踊跃投稿并积极报名参加会议。有意做报告者,请提交一份1至3页的摘要或文章原文,可以用中文或英文书写。一般报告的时间为15-20分钟。报告语言为中文,报告的投影片可用中文,德文或英文书写。推荐使用微软PowerPoint。会议将提供视频投影仪。
如果作者同意,投稿文章将在会议录及北京大学德国校友会网页上发表,并推荐给北京大学校友总会和北京大学出版社。理事会将从中选出在本次会议上做报告的论文。

二、邀请对象
一是取得硕士学位,在国外大学、企业或研究机构从事专业工作三年以上的留学人员和外国专家;二是取得博士学位,目前在国外工作的留学人员和外国专家;三是在相关产业、专业领域具有重大影响力的海外高层次人才、外国专家和海外创新创业团队代表;四是符合我省产业发展方向,尤其是大数据信息、大健康新医药、现代山地高效农业、文化旅游业、新型建筑建材等五大新兴产业领域的海外高层次人才和外国专家。
三、主要活动内容
本届人博会的活动包括我省人才工作成果展示、高层次人才颁证及签约活动,招聘洽谈及推介活动,人才评审服务活动,人力资源服务机构及校企(校地)合作活动,专利项目成果转化推介活动等内容。

在众多的储能方式中,电化学储能具有高度模块化,不受地理条件限制,技术成熟多样等特点,目前在分布式发电中应用最为广泛。然而较高的价格使得储能市场的发展仍然依赖于补助政策。在全世界普遍看好该市场的情况下,井喷式的发展仍然没有到来。
电动汽车做为储能技术应用的一大领域,各国政府都出台了相应的扶植政策,受政策的鼓励各大电动汽车生产商也在全球范围内积极布局。然而,蓄电池价格昂贵,续航里程短,电池寿命有限以及配套设施例如充电站不完善等弱点极大的制约了其市场的快速发展。总而言之,研发经费,基础设施首期投资以及电动汽车经济可行性时刻影响着行业的可持续性发展。
