Wissenschaftlichen Mitarbeiter / Postdoctoral Researcher (m/w)

Ihre Aufgaben:
Die Aufgaben beinhalten die selbstständige Planung, Durchführung und Analyse von Experimenten zur Analyse der Tumorzellanpassung an hypoxische Wachstumsbedingungen. Diese beinhalten sowohl Proliferations- und Apoptoseassays als auch Genexpressionsstudien mittels Western Blot und qPCR. Selbstständige Durchführung von subkutanen und orthotopen Tumormodellen zur Validierung von potenziellen Anti-Tumortargets, Dokumentation von Versuchsdurchführungen und -ergebnissen. Präsentation der Forschungsergebnisse in internen Entscheidungsgremien.

Da es sich um ein kollaboratives, standortübergreifendes Forschungsprojekt handelt, welches akademische Forschung mit der Pharmaindustrie verbindet, erfordert die Stelle ein hohes Maß an Flexibilität, Kommunikation und Teamarbeit. Der ideale Kandidat hat bereits Erfahrung in einem internationalen akademischen Forschungslabor bzw. Industrieerfahrung. Die Tätigkeit wird in Berlin bei der Bayer Pharma AG ausgeführt werden.

Ihr Profil:
Geeignete Kandidaten besitzen eine abgeschlossene Promotion (im Fachbereich Naturwissenschaften / Biologie oder ähnlichem). Fundierte molekularbiologische und zellbiologische Kenntnisse werden benötigt. Erfahrungen mit dem Mausmodell sind wünschenswert.

Die Stelle ist auf 2 Jahre befristet.
